GIRLS MS A BASKETBALL PERSEVERE THROUGH CRAZY ROAD GAME TO GET THE WIN OVER PERIMETER CHRISTIAN

The Lady Tigers improved to 2-0 on the season with a challenging, foul plagued 54-45 road win at Perimeter Christian in Johns Creek.  Eight players scored for the Lady Tigers with Sophie Smith (3/4 3FG) and Kalie Thrower leading the way with 11 and 9 points respectively.  A great team effort, Cayla Cowart and Calie Thrower dished out a combined 11 assists while also scoring 7 and 5 points respectively.  Lydia Totten pulled in 8 rebounds with 3 steals while Brooke Holt (8 points, 2/3 3FG) and Mary Christopher (8 points) knocked down several timely outside shots.  The Lady Tigers play again Saturday, 11:00 at Mount Paran in Kennesaw.
